Overview
I worked as a Product Designer for a direct-to-consumer eCommerce company, supporting the product from early definition to execution. My role covered branding, UI design, prototyping, and conversion strategy, with a strong focus on creating a consistent experience across the entire customer journey.
I collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders to translate business goals into clear, usable solutions. Through iterative design, testing, and optimization, the work aimed to improve usability, strengthen the brand presence, and increase conversion performance while keeping implementation practical and scalable.
My role
The company contacted me to help position the brand at a global level. My responsibility was to lead the design across the product, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence while keeping a clear focus on conversion, usability, and performance.
